How to enroll a driver to a drug test?

1. Find the nearest clinic for tests on the Internet.
2. Call them and book a time.
3. Choose the day when you want your driver to take a drug test.
4. Pay for it.
5. Prepare driver`s proof of identity, a driver also will have to fill out the required form(s) and select a test kit.
